Thank you for your terrific support of police K9's. I think what you are doing is outstanding and deserves recognition. Our K9's at the Davis County Sheriff's Office are often put into dangerous situations when subjects may or may not have a weapon. These dogs willingly run into the line of fire to protect their handlers. Shouldn't it be a given that when they do, they are armed with protection of their own? It was a somber day in Davis County, when we heard the news of the death of Koda. Thank you for turning such a tragic event into something positive for other police K9's. I wish you well and hope you meet and exceed your goals with this endeavor.

THE NECESSARY TRAINING FOR THESE K9'S IS OFTEN TOO FAR AWAY OR TOO COSTLY, WE WOULD LIKE TO BRING SUCH TRAINING TO THE K9. NOT ONLY DOES IT ALLOW K9 AND HANDLER TO TRAIN IN THEIR OWN AREA, IT WILL ALSO ALLOW SMALLER AGENCIES TO ATTEND. STAB/BULLET PROOF VESTS WILL ALSO BE PROVIDED TO EVERY K9 OFFICER POSSIBLE, IN HOPES TO DECREASE THE TRAGEDY OF ANOTHER K9 LOSS. THE PRICE TAGS THAT COME ALONG WITH THESE K9’s MAY SEEM STEEP, BUT HONESTLY, THESE HEROES, BEST FRIENDS AND PARTNERS ARE PRICELESS, IT’S TIME A PRICE TAG NO LONGER DICTATES WHAT THEY DESERVE.
